The house has a practical layout, including a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, combination microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and freezer. There is one bedroom with a double bed (lits jumeaux) and two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds; all beds are provided with duvets. The property includes two washbasins, a bathroom with a toilet, washbasin, shower, and bathtub, as well as a separate second toilet. Amenities include a wood-burning stove, free Wi-Fi, cable TV with a DVD player, an audio system, an additional TV in one of the bedrooms, and a washing machine and spin dryer located in the downstairs storage area. A cot and high chair are available. A public electric vehicle charging station is located 500 metres away.
